General Delivery Information
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder's name appears as it is written on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary. For security, customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
We aim to dispatch orders that are received by 3pm on the same working day (Monday-Friday). Orders that are received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next available working day. Please be aware that UK public & bank holiday are not classed as working days.
We will always try to merge your order into one package. However, on occasions, your order may be split into separate packages.
Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is delivered then it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient.

Currently we are offering a £5 voucher when you choose our Click & Collect option. Simply select this as your delivery method at the checkout and pick up your order from our Thistle Street store (you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection). Enclosed in your order will be a £5 voucher for you to spend in-store or online on your next purchase. The voucher must be redeemed within 6 weeks of purchase and is only valid on full priced items. The voucher is not valid with any other voucher or promotion.

*International delivery timelines are guidelines only and delays can happen, particularly in countries that require strict customs procedures.
For international customers (including European customers from 1st January 2021) please be aware no VAT will be charged at checkout but that extra charges can/may occur which could include local VAT & Import Duties etc. for the delivery country (where applicable). These will not be shown on your order or invoice as they would be administered by your local postal courier or equivalent. Each country provides a monetary amount limit in which goods can freely enter the country, exceeding this limit will likely trigger the requirement to pay local taxation to import the goods. Please consult your local government importation rulings for more information.
All import/Tax implications are the customer’s responsibility, failure to pay importation charges that lead to goods being stuck in customs and therefore not being returned to us within 45 days of purchase shall not be accepted for a return/refund. At this point it would be the customer’s responsibility to collect the goods for re-delivery.

Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly delivered/signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. Something-For-Me does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage, neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Late / Lost Goods Procedure
Please be aware that once the parcel is handed over to Royal Mail for delivery, we must follow their rules and procedures for items not delivered on-time. We therefore must follow Royal Mail’s procedure prior to any refunds being issued. Late / lost deliveries are extremely rare by Royal Mail but can occur. Please see timescales that must be adhered too before Royal Mail will investigate any non-delivered orders:

Following the above timeframe, an investigation by Royal Mail & if applicable its international partners will be conducted, this is generally completed within a few days for UK enquiries and a week for international enquiries. Royal Mail will at this point either be able to advise on when delivery will occur or if a compensation claim should be made. Claims take up to 30 days for UK customers and up to 90 days for international customers although this is usually much quicker. Upon a successful claim being awarded, a refund can be issued.
21 DAY RETURN POLICY
Something-For-Me are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 21 days of delivery, for Click & Collect orders the 21 days starts after you have received your order confirmation email. If you are returning your goods for a refund, it will be credited to the original payment card. Return postage is at customer’s expense and responsibility; please always ensure goods have a compensation/insurance that will cover the paid value in event of loss or damage by the returning courier.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags / shoe boxes must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exchanges and refunds are usually processed on the day of their return by please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. You will be notified via email of your refund being processed and those funds should appear back on your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Additional Information for International returns:
International returns must be posted back within 21 days of dispatch or 10 days from arrival, whichever is later. For all international returns please clearly & noticeably write “Returned Goods” on your return packaging, this should avoid additional customs / duties to be charged on its return to the UK, should you fail to write “Returned Goods” on your packaging and we are charged customs & duties on its arrival back to the UK, we reserve the right to deduct any non-reclaimable duties & tax from your refund.
In the event you need to cancel your order, please inform us via email at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0) 1224 641388. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation should we manage to cancel your order prior to posting. Please be aware that if the order has been collected by Royal Mail then it is impossible to stop its delivery due to UK postal law. In this case, you need to follow our regular return procedure and a refund will be issued upon the goods arrival back to our store.
