    Patent Leather

    To care for your shoe, apply patent cleaner onto a cloth and buff up to a high shine to keep the leather nourished.

    Do not apply protector spray to any patent finish shoes.

    Suede/Nubuck To care for your shoe, you can use a delicate rubber suede brush or a nubuck block. Do not do this when the dirt is wet as this will brush it into the shoe. Protectors may also be used to guard against stains and prolong the life of your shoes. It is important to apply the protector in accordance with the instruction from the manufacturer to ensure it is used correctly.

    Dispatch times

    • Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
    • Orders placed before 11am on Saturday are usually dispatched the same day.

    Returns

    We offer a 21-day returns period for unwanted items, subject to our returns policy. For delivered orders, the period starts on the day of delivery. For Click & Collect orders, it starts when you receive your order confirmation email.

    Items should be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging or shoe boxes included where applicable.

    Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Alternatively, you can use our Royal Mail returns service for £3.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
