The Nagoya jacket from Reset is characterised by the oversized padding and large hood, creating this very snug outwear piece, with contrasting with black accents. The padded jacket is filled with extremely lightweight RDS down, so you can keep very warm during the winter months, yet lightweight moveability so you won't feel bulky or dragged down.

Nagoya has a 2-way zipper allowing for adjustability which is great for situations like riding a bike or sitting in the car. The two front pockets are also secured with a zip and the sleeve cuffs are Lycra lined. Finally, the fixed hood is adjustable with toggles. Nagoya features that special down warmth.

Dispatch times

• Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed before 11am on Saturday are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after these cut-off times, on Sundays or on UK public or bank holidays are dispatched on the next available working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after dispatch.

Delivery restrictions: We currently deliver only to eligible UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland and international destinations is currently unavailable while we review our delivery options.

Returns

We offer a 21-day returns period for unwanted items, subject to our returns policy. For delivered orders, the period starts on the day of delivery. For Click & Collect orders, it starts when you receive your order confirmation email.

Items should be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging or shoe boxes included where applicable.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Alternatively, you can use our Royal Mail returns service for £3.50, which will be deducted from your refund.
